Administrator with Accounting Responsibilities

Working Hours:
16-20 hours per week
Work Schedule: 2:00 PM – 6:00/7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
About the Role:
This hybrid role combines administrative and accounting responsibilities. You will be the welcoming face of our office, managing client interactions while contributing to our financial operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Administrative Tasks:
✅ Answering calls and greeting visitors
✅ Responding to emails about our services
✅ Organizing client databases and records
✅ Handling payments (Cash/Eftpos/Bank Transfers)
✅ Data entry, filing, and reporting
Accounting Tasks:
✅ Preparing and lodging GST, payroll tax, and PAYG
✅ Managing BAS bookkeeping and ledger reconciliation
✅ Examining and analyzing financial records
✅ Handling accounts receivable/payable
