Hi, my name is Daniel who's been living for more than 10 years in Hyde Park Tower, 148 Elizabeth St, Sydney 2000.
I am looking for 1 ( $500 per week ) or 2 ( $600 per week ) males who's clean, tidy, non-smoker and less cooking to rent my master bedroom.
It's a 2 bedrooms unit with 2 toilets. At the moment there's me who's staying at the second room and another guy staying in the living room.
We are both asians who are friendly and quiet person.
2 weeks rent and 2 weeks bond in advance with a minimum stay of 3 months. An extra $60 for keys deposit. I can provide with a car park as well which is $75/week plus $100 bond for the garage remote.
