1. "น้าตุ๋ย" ผู้อยู่เบื้องหลังความสำเร็จของ "ร้านชาติไทย" มานานกว่า 30 ปี
จากพนักงานร้านไทยคนหนึ่ง เมื่อประมาณ 40 ปีที่แล้ว
กลายมาเป็นเจ้าของธุรกิจร้านอาหารไทย ที่เติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง
ตลอดระยะเวลา 30 ปี และได้รับการยอมรับจาก ลูกค้าและสื่อมวลชน
ทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติ.. ทีมงานเราสงสัย และเดาว่าหลายๆคน
ก็สงสัยเหมือนกันว่า อะไรคือสิ่งที่ทำให้ชาติไทยอยู่มาจนถึง 30 ปี ?
"ชาติไทยเราไม่หยุดนิ่ง เราพร้อมที่จะให้คืนกับลูกค้า
โดยเฉพาะอาหาร อาหารเราต้องไม่หยุดนิ่ง

นี่คือส่วนหนึ่งจากคำตอบของน้าตุ๋ย
อะไรคือจุดเริ่มต้น และ จุดเปลี่ยนของร้านชาติไทย?
ปัญหา อุปสรรค รวมไปถึงเรื่องราวที่น้าตุ๋ยประทับใจ

2. “พี่จอย” ผู้ก่อตั้ง “Stellar” เอเจนซี่นักเรียนไทยแห่งแรกในซิดนีย์
จากเด็กนักเรียนนอก ที่หาข้อมูลเรื่องเรียน เรื่องวีซ่าด้วยตัวเอง
กลายมาเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้เพื่อนๆ น้องๆที่มาเรียนต่อ
จนเปิดออฟฟิศเล็กๆ เป็นที่นั่งคุย ให้คำปรึกษาเรื่องพวกนี้
ถึงวันนี้ Stellar มีสาขาทั้งที่ซิดนีย์ กรุงเทพฯ เชียงใหม่ และ
ที่ เวียงจันทน์ ประเทศลาว แต่ความตั้งใจของพี่จอยยังเหมือนเดิม
คือ ช่วยเหลือนักเรียนและลูกค้าทุกคนให้ประสบความสำเร็จ
“พี่คิดว่าเรายังต้องเรียนรู้มันต่อไป แล้วก็ยังไม่หยุดที่ว่า
ฉันประสบความสำเร็จแล้ว เพราะถ้าเกิดคิดอย่างนั้นเนี่ย
เราก็จะหยุดการเรียนรู้ หยุดการพัฒนา เราต้องดำเนินธุรกิจต่อไป
ให้ดีกว่านี้ขึ้นทุกวัน ไม่ได้แข่งกับอื่นนะคะ เราแข่งกับตัวเอง”
ถึงจะดำเนินธุรกิจมา 25 ปี แต่พี่จอยก็ยังไม่หยุดที่จะพัฒนา

3. “พี่จูน” เจ้าของ “Jun for hair” ร้านทำผม ที่เปิดมาเกือบ 20 ปี
“ตอนผมมาที่นี่ครั้งแรก ผมทำงานกับร้านคนจีนมาก่อน
เป็นลูกน้องเขาได้ประมาณ 2 ปี แล้วเราก็มองเห็นว่า
ร้านทำผมของคนไทย มันน้อย หายาก ผมว่ามันเป็นความท้าทาย
อย่างหนึ่ง ก็เลยตัดสินใจออกมาเจาะตลาดกลุ่มคนไทยดู”
จากความกล้า ตัดสินใจในครั้งนั้น ทำให้พี่จูน
ได้ทำงานที่ตัวเองรัก ต่อเนื่องมาเป็นระยะเวลากว่า 19 ปี!
หลายคนคิดว่างานทำผม เป็นงานสบาย แต่ที่จริงแล้ว
มันเป็นงานที่ละเอียดอ่อนมาก พี่จูนต้องอาศัยทั้งความรู้
ทักษะ และ ประสบการณ์มากมาย นี่ยังไม่รวมเรื่อง
การบริการลูกค้านะจ๊าา ลูกค้าต่างชาติบางคน
พูดภาษาอังกฤษแทบจะไม่ได้ แต่พี่จูนก็ทำผมออกมา
ให้ได้แบบที่เค้าต้องการ ฮ่าๆๆๆๆ เรื่องราวประทับใจ

4. “พี่พัฒน์” ผู้ริเริ่ม “AAS” ธุรกิจส่งของที่เปิดมากว่า 15 ปี
จากเด็กนักเรียนวิศวะ ที่อยากลองทำธุรกิจแปลกๆ ไม่ซ้ำใคร
เมื่อ 15 ปีที่แล้ว กลายมาเป็นเจ้าของธุรกิจส่งของที่เติบโต
อย่างยั่งยืน และให้บริการอย่างซื่อสัตย์และจริงใจกับลูกค้า
พี่พัฒน์เล่าว่า กว่าจะเปิดบริษัท AAS ขึ้นมาได้ นั้นไม่ง่ายเลย
“ตอนเปิดบริษัทเนี่ยไม่มีใครเชื่อถือเราเลย 4 ปีแรก
เพราะเค้าคิดว่าเราเป็นเด็กอยู่ บริษัทคนไทย จะดูแลของเค้าได้หรอ
เพราะของเค้าก็ มูลค่าตู้นึงก็เป็นหลายล้านบาท เราก็ต้องใช้เวลา
สร้างความน่าเชื่อถือ จนเค้าเริ่มเชื่อใจ เราถึงได้เปิดตัว
ว่าเจ้าของธุรกิจจริงๆแล้วเป็นคนไทย”

1. "Natui" who has been behind Chat Thai's success for 30 years
Natui (Amy Chanta) was a restaurant staff 40 years ago
and she became the owner of Thai restaurant business
that has grown constantly over these 30 years.
Chat Thai is one of the most prestigious Thai restaurants in Sydney,
being accepted from both Thai and foreign customers and press.
We guessed some of you wonder how Chat Thai has opened for 30 years
and we also do! Here’s part of Natui’s answers.
"Chat Thai never stopped improving and we give back
to our customers. Especially the food, we never stop
creating new menus. Also for us it's not just about
creating new menus. It's about creating the food
that is really exciting for us and our customers."

2. “P’Joy” the founder of “Stellar”, the first education centre for Thai students in Sydney
From an international student 25 years ago
who looked for information about education and visa
in Australia to becoming a casual consultant for her friends,
eventually, P’Joy (Thanawan Roche) opened a small office
to give information and suggestion for Thai students in Sydney.
Nowadays, Stellar has offices in Sydney, Bangkok,
Chiang Mai and Vientiane, Laos, P’Joy still holds on to
the reason she started her business which is
helping all customers to be successful.
“I think there are more to learn and I won’t stop
just because we already achieved a level of success.
If we think that we’re successful, we would stop learning
and improving. I believe that we can always improve ourselves,
not to compete with others, but to compete within ourselves”
P’Joy stated.

3. “P’Jun” the owner of “Jun for hair”, a Thai hair salon that has opened for almost 20 years
This is what P’Jun (Boonchoo Suriyachan) answered
when we asked him how did he start Jun for hair.
“When I first moved to Sydney, I worked in a Chinese hair salon.
I worked there for around 2 years and I noticed that
there were just a few Thai hair salons in Sydney.
For me, it was a challenge so I decided to quit the job that I had
and started this business, targeting Thai people in Sydney.”
After following his gut, P’Jun has been able to do
what he loves for 19 years. It’s a misunderstanding that
barber or hair stylish is an easy job. P’Jun said it requires
great knowledge, skills, experiences, and a service mindset.
Sometimes he had foreign customers who could only
speak a bit of English but he was able to cut their hair
the way they want. There are more funny and memorable stories

4. “P’Pat” who started “AAS”, a shipping company that has operated for 15 years
When P’Pat (Pipat Phanratsamee) first came to Sydney,
he wanted to start a business that is different from others.
He has successfully grown “AAS” for 15 years,
providing honest and sincere services to its customers.
P’Pat faced a lot of challenges
starting international shipping company.
“During the first 4 years of running AAS,
no one found us reliable because we were
international students. They questioned if we can
take care of their parcels. Some customers wanted to
ship containers which worth around 1 million baht.
We spent time building customer trust.
When they trust our service, we officially introduced
ourselves as a Thai-owned company” He said.

5. “Mae Cheng” the owner of 12-year-old grocery for Thai people in Sydney
We are pretty sure that all Thai people in Sydney
know “Mae Cheng grocery”. The grocery is located right in Thaitown,
selling products to Thai restaurants around Australia.
