Relax Massage Clinic & Day Spa, established over 10 years ago as a Remedial Massage Clinic is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic Massage Therapist and/or Beautician owner/operator to have your own successful business. It may also be ideal for a Physiotherapist because it is located within 2 minutes to a Chiropractic Clinic.
The current owner for the past 3 years (Grace) is trying to complete a uni course and is finding it very difficult to balance both study and work and therefore has made the decision to sell her Merrylands business.
The Merrylands clinic has a large (several thousand) and diverse client base and sales are increasing each year by tens of thousands of dollars.
It is situated in a prime location at an intersection with a large front facing both roads and has ample parking at the rear. The clinic has a reception/waiting area with a reception desk and separate interview table, a laptop computer, an EFTpos machine, a lounge room with lounge, chairs and a TV, 4 air-conditioned treatment rooms each with hand basins, a shower, security cameras, a small kitchen and a dedicated toilet adjacent to the clinic.
